Just moving the files to a backup and using the last backup to replace them. A few people noticed some files missing and I wanted to ensure we had the latest files on the server. The backup was done when the server went down and should be no worse than what was there when the server went up. NO ETA, as soon as things are replaced, the server will go back online.
