I want to get the new version of Photoshop and want it to be legal.  Sorry, I've made up my mind to get the legal version, and I know I don't want anything else or the Elements version.  I already use some of the features in the full version right now in my older version.  How can I get the student discount?  Would I have to sign up for some college classes, then buy it and cancel the classes?

Also, if you could share some of your best resources for tutorials and learning that would be great.  I have a few but would like more!

Have you tried Gimpshop? Open source, menus/functionality like Photoshop, free. BSW

LOL - You want to go out of your way to be "legal", and yet don't have a problem with faking a student status?

Get the full package from ebay - if you "decide that you don't like it", you can always resell it for what you paid.
