Hey guys,
I have Photoshop CS3 but I'm not up to speed with it (or any photo editing tool for that matter) and need to figure out how to do something that I'm guessing is fairly easy? What's the best way to cut an item out of a picture or neutralize\erase a background so only the item you want remains in the pic? Basically I have a pic of a gun laying on the ground but I want to eliminate the background so it looks like the gun is just on a white background? I image it could be done both ways (cutting the gun out of the pic and pasting it onto to some other background or just neutralizing the current background)? I would actually like to learn both ways but for my immediate need, neutralizing the background will work just fine. If any of you know of an online tutorial that you can point me to, that would be cool too. Thanks |
