I take large pictures with my camera.  That's fine for me, but bad for email, web hosting, etc.  My parents use dial-up, so small pictures is imperative.



Right now, I am resizing pictures individually and shrinking them down to 100-200 kb.  Is there a way or program (free, preferably) that can do this process by batch instead of one by one?

Yeah... Microsoft Paint.  Comes with windows.



Windows' retail cost is minimum $100.

Yeah... MS Paint can resize photos.  ONE at a time.  MS Paint PRO does not come with Windows.  RIF

Windows has a resizing tool and you can resize all the pics in a folder. Google it. I do not have the link here.
