Roger, Rick, or Dave? Who had the best voice?

Dave is mellow, Roger always had that touch of insanity in his voice For the brief period of time from Meddle to The Wall as a group they were brilliant. After The Wall Roger's ego and the rest of the band's inability to deal with Roger ruined Floyd forever in my opinion. Never cared much for Dave's Pink Floyd. Sounds like brilliantly produced elevator music. YMMV. ![]() Last Pink Floyd Reunion - Live 8 2005 - Full HD. |

Come on OP, add a poll.
My vote is for Dave. I was fortunate enough to see him during his Rattle That Lock tour. Pretty solid album if you ask me. I also Roger twice during his most recent The Wall tours. Awesome shows but David is the better performer. ![]() Failed To Load Title My favorite song from the Album ![]() David Gilmour - In Any Tongue (Official Music Video) |

Dave for the win easily then and now. I always felt he was Pink Floyd. My opinion he was the best musician, had the best voice, and was more creative musically. Plus he gives an interesting interview. With that said I'm planning to see Roger Waters next week and I'm very pumped about that |

This. Watched Pink Floyd's Classic Albums special on Dark Side and Gilmour is such the man in every way. You can tell at the time he was still having a blast with the songs and dude can play a bit of everything With that said I'm planning to see Roger Waters next week and I'm very pumped about that |
| Wow, I haven't heard this since the late 80's when my Girlfriends and I were listening to all of the early Pink Floyd. |

He does some truly epic shows...when it's over I'm always surprised that so much time went by. Floyd makes me think of my dad who passed away this year. He'd always said he'd take me but we never got the chance so I felt like it was time to get as close as I could to a real Floyd show |
