Anyone else here like watching that show.  Pinks 'All Out' is a much better set up than the one where they lose their cars but I like watching both.

It was pretty good the first season.
IMHO it's getting stupid now, like 99.9% of the reality shows do.
I think they should have classes for normally aspirated cars, super chargers and the bottle.
Heads up, run what ya brung and get rid of the drama queen soap opera "negotiations".
Oh ya replace Rich with Danika...

All Out is a better show.
The host is a fucking retard.

What would be a better format would be to have the owners/drivers trade cars.

Did you see Pinks "All Out" is coming to Norwalk Raceway in Ohio June 6-7, 2008? Registration opens in about three weeks. They're expecting 20,000 people to attend!

If you move before I drop my arms, you lose the race. If you move before I twitch my shoulder, you lose the race. If you move before I do my best to look uber cool..you lose the race.
If you laugh at me cause I dumped a bike on national tv..I'll give your car to the sound man.

All the drama and sandbagging are boring.  Pinks All-Out is far better.

All Out was better, but they do need to set up some classes.  They always seem to favor the 10 second cars, which is cool, but I gotta admit, I'd like to see some of the Big Boys go at it too.

And yeah, at first it was fun watching the drivers bitch and moan, I mean negotiate, with each other.  But after a while, I was just sitting there, drinking my beer, yelling at the TV "Fucking put your car on the line, ya whiney bitches!"

Pinks "All Out" was a bunch of horseshit,  when the prelims were set up it was very clearly stated that all cars had to be insured and inspected, one hurdle to jump through..not easy to do with a true 10 second car ...  Then you line your car up on the line and run your two timed trials both times just a tad over 10, and truthfully sand bagging a bit, just to get told your car is "To Fast and will not be allowed to run, then they turn around and let a sub 9 second truck run in the finals that is Sandbaggin in a MAJOR fashion...
My friend has lot of money in this car...
Fuck pinks.... there is better TV on on most channels...

I watched some of the early shows, but quickly lost interest.

As to why they don't use the christmas tree and the whole negotiation process, the producer is trying to mimic the process of a real "street race". So, if you have never been involved in a true street race, I can see how all the BS that goes with it seems dumb.

in a real street race, would you get laughed at for asking for 10 lengths and no bottle?

In the worst possible way imagined. Run what ya Brung, if its not enuff, tuff luck. Ya dont bring a knife to a gun fight.

Now ive had ppl ask me to run them without the bottle jus to see, I do until Im getting beat and then spray. lol. Sorry, something about ego not letting me lose. Bahahaha.

Bout the biggest thing ppl will do in street racing is ask to run from Dead stop and then usually on a roll, sometimes 20mph, sometimes 40mph. Its the guys with alot of HP and no TQ or the turbo guys that want to spool up and get in their max boost that want the rolling starts.

I liked it when the host decided to do a hole shot on one of the guy's bikes and promptly laid it down. It's just as bad as any reality show out there. American Chopper, Pinks, etc. they are all scripted shows. "OK, Paul Sr., in the next scene get really mad and kick a hole in the office door."
