Best pizza I have ever had was on Michigan's upper peninsula, Jon's Double Crust at Michigan Tech in Houghton. Square pizza that was cut into squares, which made the center four pieces really messy to eat as it really did have two crusts, and the middle pieces didn't have the crusts connected like the edge pieces; so the top crust easily slid off the bottom crust.

If it is cooked in a deep pan it is not pizza If it has anything on it other than, cheese, sausage, meatball, or pepperoni it is not pizza. End of thread. |
