| I ordered an item on Ebay two months ago and the seller refuses to send the item or give a refund. I have filed a claim with both paypal and Ebay. So far neither one has done any good. I send the seller a message everyday demanding a refund but he never responds. I gave him negative feedback and he turns around and leaves me negative feedback for no reason. I have the guys name and know that he lives in Washington state. It is a very unique name and I imagine there will be few if any of the same names in that state. Is there a way I can go about finding his phone number on the internet? I have tried several places but none seem to work. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can go about contacting him? Does it have a Master card logo on it? Yes. You have a limited time frame to file a reverse charge claim though. Contact your bank and they will lead you through the process. Go to the bank in person, do not attempt to file over the phone. I went through the same hassle except I lost $400 on a fake ebay item because I filed too late. |
