It looks like the PoliceOne forums were hacked:
https://motherboard.vice.com/en_us/article/hacker-steals-thousands-of-accounts-from-police-forum It appears the hacker is posting usernames and email addresses, but it looks like the passwords are hashed/salted (i.e. not available for the badguy to use). I'd still recommend changing your password(s) if you used something common across multiple sites.
