In Clark County, WI, A man was being prosecuted for concealed carry (illegal in WI) of a knife. However, the circuit court of that county ruled that the statute that banned concealed carry is unconstitutional! Obviously, being a county court ruling it only applies to that county (there is some dispute on this among the peeps, as you may guess).
