Nice spread (nice craftsman table too, but does it go with the 40 mike mike salt and pepper shakers?). 10/10 Hey, is that one of the new Surefire Mini's? Yes I've had it since May with a 4 day ATF approval (actually received the approval 4 days from when I mailed it) |

Nice! I'm making pork stock right now to make gravy to go with the pork rib roast I'm doing on Thanksgiving(only feeding 3 so turkey is a bit much). I'm also gonna do a yorkshire pudding with the roast drippings. I wish I had a Costco closer to me, that looks a lot nicer than what I found. |

(Thinks about a canned sbr in the future). Oh, and +2 for fork on the left and charcoal |

I think the OP is left-handed. ![]() ![]() Proper fork placement is on the left regardless of handedness. I didn't write the rules. The guns and the reloads are however placed correctly for a right handed person (eg ME). In fact placement of guns and reloads is the biggest issue I find with most dinner pics. It's also a direct indication the author of the dinner pic said after preparing the meal: " I should do a dinner pic" and then hurries and throws stuff down on the table without giving any thought to it. |

Everybody, listen to this man. He knows whereof he speaks. By the time they were four years old, my kids knew how to set the table: fork and napkin on the left, knife on the right with blade toward plate, spoon next to knife. Glass above the knife. You don't just throw stuff on the table randomly. It's not rocket surgery; even little kids can figure it out, like tying your shoes or putting your hat on with the brim facing toward the front. |

Just making sure, I use charcoal exclusively. Again, looks amazing, 10/10 I cook them to 140 to 145 then let them rest loosely tented woith foil. For the brine I did 1/3 cup kosher salt, 1/2 cup sugar in a quart of h2o. I brined for 1.5 hours patted dry and put a generous amount of cracked pepper on them. Sear on the hot side of a two level fire and then finish off on the cool side. Keep tabs on them because they don;t take long. |
