Welp, here is my story of what happened today..

I had bought an Asylum  Video Card (cost was couple hundred bux I think) for my PC about 5-6months ago. This was the only thing I had gotten from this particular computer store. A couple days ago the fan on the video card started making this horrible noise. I figured Id jus have to replace the fan on it or whatnot. So, I yanked out my video card and go back to the place I originally purchased it from, I had also forgot all the paperwork, reciepts , everything. So, I go into the shop and show the guy the video card and told him it makes noises. He told me they have life-time warrant on it and then he went in the back and brought out an identical one and gave it to me. I thought this was wierd, he didnt need any paperwork , nuttin. I figured he would tell me to send it back and they will cover it. If this was the case, id be out a computer for a couple weeks. But this was the smoothest that something has gone for me like this. I told the dude thanks and actually started lookin at some Scanner/printers that I may purchase from them. + 1 for Customer Service in a time when its very lacking.
