Shame to see an old war horse lay down and die. But that's an old pistol; how about all of those relatively new Glocks? Notice that all of the pics I posted were DIFFERENT pistols. Serious question; did Glock improve the barrels in the 4th Gen? I thought that I'd heard that they've got better throats now.

I have had 4-5 glocks including my two favs: Gen 3 19 and Gen 4 34. I have had thousands of rounds through them ZERO FTF/FTE. The only time I have had a glock issue was a Gen 2 22 with non-factory mags. With Factory mags I am at 100% reliability. I had a springfield champion 1911 that the bushing completely broke and send parts downrange. Sold that POS. Got a Range Officer that is pretty good, but IMHO Glock is better. YMMV. |
