Use the option that is available from the INSERT TAGS: menu

Click "Reply"

Click the button that looks like this:

Paste the URL of the image into the box and click "OK"

Then hit "Preview" to see if it comes up-then "Submit".

But it is asking for a URL and not sure how to go from there.

Find the URL for the pic, then copy and paste it into the URL box.

set up an account on photobucket. upload your picture to there. copy the IMG code from under the picture. paste it on arfcom

So the pic needs to be hosted first? I can not just take it off a desktop folder?

No need to sign up for an account

just click, upload, and it's hosted. 10-15 seconds.

click "host it "

it will give you the URL to use on arfcom

For a photo already on the internet somewhere, I just right click on it, select properties, and the URL shows up there.

Don't steal bandwidth from another website. If the owner / host decides to swap your photo out with nasty porn, YOU are responsible for the content.
