| Does anyone know the legal issues with a bang stick? From what I read if the power head is detached from the shaft it would be an AOW. And here is the funny part, if the power head is permanently attached to a 26 or 48 inch pole (I have seen both sizes) it is not even consider a weapon. Any information would be helpful. Thanks.. |
