I'm watching Ninja Assassin and I think if you ruled out the Predators shoulder thing that goes up, it would be a pretty good fight.

Predator has day-glow blood and a trick wrist radio atomic device thingy.

The Predator would react about like I would if I was out hunting and saw a stray tiger cub… He would think the little ninja was the cutest thing he had ever seen. So the Predator would capture the ninja, put him on a leash, and keep him as a pet. He would train his pet to do ninja tricks on command. The Predator would then use the ninja to strike up conversations with predator chicks he meets on his home world and to entertain other predators at the hunting lodge.
Unfortunately he would let his pet get too close to another predator's pet pirate… |
