USA invades Iran
USA invades Yemen USA invades Pakistan Drug cartels blow up oil infrastructure in Mexico, crippling the Mexican government. Full scale civil war ensues. Jesse Jackson announces he has AIDS. "According to Jim" gets canceled. "The big bang theory" gets canceled. Christian Bale comes out as a homosexual. Sears/Kmart go under. |

Venzuela and Iran continue to heat up with no real response from Obama. Violence in Afghanistan increases. Yemen becomes a new focal point in the war on terror.
The 2nd admendment gets incorporated. The 9th Circus restrictions on Taser use stands, resulting in an increase in OC Spray and Hickory shampoo usage. Taser increases their marketing to "civilians" and on their new video data products to make up for decreased LE revenue. AR15 prices continue to fall. Ammo prices continue to rise with major shortages of premium JHP handgun ammo. |

I wont be spending New Years Eve driving through NYC, and I wont be spending New Years Day with food poisoning bouncing between the bunk of a semi and a truck stop bathroom in West Virginia while trying to eat jello and gatorade somewhat successfully.
So, it has to go better than this year did. Or at least start off better.

Iran makes fool of Obama and continues build nuclear weapons. Iraq losses troop numbers but US presence is still felt, Afghanistan gains troops but no significant gains or end of the road is seen. dems lose several seats in house and senate. economy continues to get better, but inflation continues to rise, gas will see $3.00 a gallon again more than likely in the summer. |

My predictions:
* Israel bombs the hell out of Iranian nuclear facilities. In the chaos, Iranians overthrow Imadinnerjacket. USA does nothing. Obama issues a statement of condemnation while reading from a paper with no tie on and doesn't even look at the camera, then goes on vacation and never brings it up again. * USA wraps up Iraq and Afghanistan, whether the mission is complete or not, and largely pulls out. We continue to engage targets in Pakistan and Yemen mostly with UAVs and Pakistan and Yemen claim it was their own military making the attacks, albeit with purchased American equipment. * Democrats lose a lot of seats. They lose the Senate, which effectively will deadlock future legislation, and possibly lose the House, if we get off of our goddamn asses and get conservatives fired up about the 2010 elections. Fuck 2012. We don't need to wait until 2012. We can unseat lots of people in 2010. Next year people! Start your engines! Go, go, go! * Chavez does something stupid and violent. Obama reads a statement over the radio and never talks about it again. * Russia begins massing troops, apparently preparing to retake some old USSR land. Obama, reading from a teleprompter, strongly condemns the buildup and then never brings it up again. * Health care passes but creates massive problems almost immediately. Lots of doctors take early retirement and it's revealed that expenses are much higher than anticipated and the solution is a national VAT (sales tax) of 10% on everything except maybe food. * Stock market stays mostly flat with the DJIA stticking around 10k all year, as businesses reel from health care and additional taxes but are calmed somewhat by the failure of Cap and Trade and the promise of a deadlocked Congress. * Europe becomes 2% shittier. * Liberals blame the new Republican congress for creating the additional taxes, even though it was the Democratic congress that made it mandatory. The only other option was to declare nationwide bankruptcy and switch to the Euro. |
| The world will end with thousands of nuclear explosions going off with two hours time. And the Dems will still have control. And they will try to pass a bill that limits the miles a day the American family can drive because green house gasses are still their biggest concern. |

1. Earthquake in Democratic Party –– A well-known Democrat President wannabe forms an exploratory committee and starts raising money. It's 1978 all over again.
2. Resurgence of Republicans –– Republicans take control of the House of Representatives in a move seen as voter backlash against Obama's policies. Former Speaker Nancy Pelosi resigns her seat and leaves Congress in disgrace. 3. Iraq in Turmoil –– Parliamentary elections in Iraq bring many new faces to Baghdad and result in the shakeup of the Presidential Council. Violence and political instability increase dramatically. BONUS Prediction: Sarah Palin's PAC will have the most money and earn her the most return-favors of any individual politican's PAC which makes her either a serious candidate for the 2012 Presidential Race or the Republican Party's kingmaker. |

I was trying to be optimistic and hope something happens where demand falls even though super inflation will go through the roof. people will have to decide to eat for a week or fill their car with a gallon of gas. |
