I've been taking Once-A-Day Men's Over 50+ for a year.  I keep hearing that 'store-bought' aren't as good as "Food-based"?

Am I missing out on something here?  Is there a better multi I should be taking?

Unless you have a specific, diagnosed deficiency, just eat real food.

Meat, vegetables, and fruit will give you all the vitamins you need.

Watch the heavy metal content on multivitamins. You often don't actually need to supp stuff like iron and copper and zinc.

I just buy the following --

B12 (methylcobamine), complex B, Biotin, C, D, magneisum malate, fish oil, probiotics, and occassionaly potassium (via potassium chloride powder)
