There is a local classified paper that has a listing for a Ithaca 1911, Springfield 1903, and a Belgian Browning High Power, all three for $1900.

Good deal/bad deal, ok deal?

seems high, but I didnt know ithaca made any handguns (i like the m37) so maybe its collectible

it would still be high, but they had better be in mint condition to ask that

Depends on the originality of them all, but if they're all more-or-less unmolested, that's not a bad price for all of them...

I'm no expert, but it seems high to me.

What's an Ithaca 1911 worth?  Is it something special?

I'd offer $1200, cash.  Hold up 12 Benjamins.  I think $400 a pop would be a good deal.  You can still get some 1903s from CMP last time I peeked.

Depending on condition, that's a very good deal.

Depending on it's condition and originality? It wouldn't surprise me if an original one (that is, in original condition, not beat to shit and mismatched) went for $2500 or $3000.

I can't even consider buying these items right now.  Anybody want me to IM them the number?

I would, but I don't get a paycheck for another week Depending on the HP's date, they all might be C&R...

ANY WWII 1911 is going in excess of $1200 these days. Colts higher.

The price is nearly worth it for the Ithica 1911 OR High Power ALONE.  The 1903 (depending on condition) is worth $1000-3000.

Haggle him down to $1500 cash though, what the hell.
