A general merchandise catalogue comes out around here.Today there was a Savage110 in 30-06 for sale with a few extras(ie.scoperings,case) for 240.00 said to be 475.00 new.Any info you could share on this firearm would be GREAT!I do not think it will last long thats why I posted here instead of the FGD board,and its about a 50mi ride.[:D]

Seems to be a decent price, I checked on gunbroker, the cheapest one is $265 and the most expensive one is $299.

THANKS GUYS.....So's I finally get through to the guy and he tells me about it,it sounds GREAT.Comes with 2 sets of rings,2 3X9 scopes (1weaver1unknown),a hardcase.Then he tell me its at the Police station,and thats where its been there since his brother died and left it there.Geessssh.............. O'well hes showing it to someonelse saturday,and if that guy does not take it he'll call me.He can only show it when the police station lets him(the way he spoke).Does not sound promising.

Hmmmmmmm.......WTF........were my thoughts too.......The guy did sound odd.But you never know.He said his daughter placed the add.Thanks again for the info.I hope it pans out.
