Fox is reporting that prisoners are being let out of prison to go work at the clean-up site, making $18 bucks an hour....Great idea, but my question is, why the f**k are we paying them..??... |

You had it right the first time. . .Prisons constitute a big and growing business in the private sector.

I imagine that money will go a long ways towards paying back restitution to their victims. From what I understand, that usually goes unpaid. |
