How do you get your weapons in and out of the country? Does your company do it and issue you their/your weapons? Or are you able to transport them yourselves? -Ben |
 Defense Trade Controls There are a number of options. (1) Individuals can use the personal weapons exemption in the the defense trade controls act, but that assumes every / any country you travel through will allow transit (for example, Jordan won't and Kuwait won't except under special deals). Under this option it has to be 'yours' and you need legal standing with host nation / compliance with local laws. (2) Export through DTC. Still need legal standing with host nation. (3) Purchased in-country (requires cooperation of local authorities if its legal). Usually the only way to get full auto (1986 Volkmer-McClure applies to corporations too - they are legal 'people'). (4) Issued by US Government (very rare). Where do I send the invoice? |
No one is going to knock down your door to get you to take a job with them. E-mail in a resume. If you know someone already in the business, having them grease the skids for you can't hurt. |
