Not looking for sympathy or anything. Just want to tell a little story. Went to chemo at 7am Tuesday morning, got out around 2:30. Was pretty sick and as a door prize they give you a pump to wear for 46 more hours of chemo!!! Such fun. Wife wants to take me home and tuck me in bed. Said I was too sick, to just rest. I told her to take me to the polling place or I’d call an Uber. She relented knowing how goddamn stubborn I am. Took a bag with me to puke in, just in case. Not many people in line. A poll worker came out and asked about the pump. I explained everything and she was ok with it. Then she told me and my wife to follow her. She told the people in line it was a medical issue. They quickly moved and let us in . We voted and on the way out I thanked everyone. Made it to the car before I puked!! Any way, I voted for the last time. Stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Probably won’t make it to the midterms. No biggie , I’ve had a good long life, a good wife and been retired for a couple years. Just wanted to say how proud I was of Pennsylvania!!!! Well done , good job!!! But don’t slack in the midterms or 2028 or 2032. Don’t ever let up or give up, because the dems won’t!!!! Good luck and God bless!!

@ usp40. I’m in Hanover , near Gettysburg. I’m not digitally proficient!!! LOL Was in construction for 40 years , never had a need for learning the interwebs.But I did figure out how to buy guns and a lot of ammo on line!!! Any way, been fighting for a year and even the Oncologists admit there is not much they can do. Like I said , no biggie, no one gets off this rock alive and me and my wife are ok with it .I’ve had a good run. I just wanted to get my last vote in and say to the dems “ to the end I grapple with thee.from hells heart I stab at thee. For hates sake I spit my last breath at thee.” One of my favorite books.i think somebody has it as an sig line here. Thanks everybody, like I said Good luck and God bless.

Unfortunately, we are a few hours apart... Brother, I Love you, your approach, and of course your Wife and family. You are a friend in my house and I grauantee my other PA friends here.
