I sold an item on ebay. Item sold for 114.00 bucks. Buyer payed me instantly. Paypal holds the funds for 21 DAYS!?!?!?! They told me that the item was an item that has been high in fruad lately. Never mind the fact that I have sold 60+ of these things in the past 6 months. WTF?!? Paypal has lost all usefullness. I am done. Paypal and ebay can kiss my fat hairy white ass. If Craigslist wasn't so fruitball communist I would try to sell shit there. Guess the only good way to sell shit anymore is in an old fashioned yardsale. <Title edit. Please don't use any form of the F-word in thread titles. --tbk1> |

Hell you think that is bad, look up www.paypasucks.com sometime. They freeze premier accounts that float a lot of funds so they can soak up the interest. They of course claim it is investigate suspicious behavior. They froze my account once and my clients account (paid me regularly through PP). They froze it because there were no shipping documents. Once they unfroze my acccount, my client was so pissed about I lost his business. |

Paypal while convenient in some ways, can be a royal pain the ass. Their policies aside, if you aren't verified and sell a pricey item for lets say $2k on ebay and accept payment through Paypal. Basically in most cases you have to accept Paypal or else you won't be selling that expensive item. So by not being verified, you can only withdraw $500/month. So you have to wait just about 4 months to get all of your $ (maybe a bit shorter). Security my ass, its just collect on the interest. I assume that policy is still in place. |
Yeah, riiiiiiiiiiiiiight. Senators and Represenatives are for sale like everything else. I'm surprised they don't list Politicians on eBay. |
pretty much for ebay its paypal or a money order yeah theres other online transcation services but no one i know uses them. hence why i stick with money orders or paypal. |
