| I ordered some Hatch gloves about ten days ago and still haven't received them. I got an order confirmation through e-mail, but still nothing. Has anybody else used Botach or had any problems with them? |
| They suck, you've made a horrible mistake. Be thankful it's only a $20 pair of gloves and not a list of important equipment you needed for a specific operation in a certain amount of time. You're better off making your own equipment out of stuff you find at walgreens. |

I've had nothing but bad experiences with them. ______________________________________________ [red]NRA[/red] [blue]Life Member[/blue] [red]GOA[/red] [blue]Life Member[/blue] [red]SAF[/red] [blue]Supporter[/blue] [red]SAS[/red] [blue]Supporter[/blue] |

They seem to be hit or miss. My first order from them was for a bunch of M855. Ordered online, got the confirmation...and then nothing. Card wasn't charged, and they canceled the order out of the blue. Oh well. The 2nd (and last) time I ordered from them was actually not long ago. I ordered those ADIDAS GSG9 boots they had on sale as a special. Placed the order, and the boots showed up less than a week later. It looks like when they have the item in stock, things go smoothly...when they don't have them in stock, they declare that it's your turn to play the mushroom.(*) *shrug* (*) mushroom: kept in the dark and fed shit. |

I find it amusing that people will place an 'on-line' order with a company and then just assume it's in stock because it's listed on the web page. Personally, I think ordering from any company 'on-line' is taking a chance that it's not going to be there when the order gets processed, confirmed or not. I always call and confirm, and so far have had no problems with Botach. |

I always call and confirm, and so far have had no problems with Botach. That is the key to dealing with Botach. Browse on-line and make your selections, then call them on the phone to confirm that they have the items in stock and place the order. I've placed several orders with Botach this way and I've had no problems. |

I have success about 80% of the time. I have been dealing with these guys for at least four years. I have probably spent several thousand dollars with them. You cannot expect Mercedes service, if you are paying Honda prices. To me, the savings was worth any problem I encountered. |

This is the way things work with most companies I buy online from--they list it on their web site, I put it in my shopping cart and check out, and then they send it to me. GunLvr |
