Have you ever been to a site that blanks out profanity? Do you have any idea the extent of new and clever ways to get around profanity filters? Sites that block out profanity rapidly become sites that become totally derailed with posts about how to get around the profanity filter. Not to mention that profanity filters are, in and of themselves, useless. Want to share a cocktail recipe? Nope. Want to ask about the gun restrictions in Scunthorpe? Nope. Want to ask about the new ballistic wristwatch? Nope. Can you see where I'm going with this?  |
