I have been using the Texas method four day split from the PP book for over a year and made good gains. I hit PR's on dl 515 and squat also 515 and Im getting burned out.  I used 5/3/1 off of black iron beast a few years ago and stalled out. I'm getting older and thinking of focusing a bit more on BB vs strength training/power lifting. Does any one have a good suggestions for a hypertrophy program on home gym with a cage? Perhaps 5/3/1 with more accessories? Thanks.

Geez you are are one strong well adapted individual.

With your advanced progress, I would recommend a professional online program from someone like Andy Baker.  I hit stalling points (pee wee compared to you) and I had him help me out and now I am progressing again very well.  In fact I do a strength/hypertrophy hybrid as well.  I would tell you what my program is, but out of respect to him he has asked to not share it, that is of course how he makes his living.

Money well spent IMO, I am at a point in my life where wasting time in the gym not making progress is costly.

Andy has a very good background in bodybuilding as well as a top notch strength coach/program designer.

Another +1 for Andy.

He really is a programming guru.  Hit him up over at Starting Strength.  His contact info is there.

Jim has a templete for bodybuilding here
Brad Kaczmarski modified Jim's program to 8/6/3 here
If you eat a lot and do the Boring but Big program it is pretty good for Hypertrophy.

Damn man what is your height and weight?  The deadlift is very good, but not eye popping.  The squat though man damn that is impressive.  I'm just curious to your build as to how you squat as much as you deadlift.

I need to check that out at some point.

Also- check out the Juggernaut Method. It's kicking my ass, but I like it so far. I'll have more to report on it after I wrap up this

Im 5'11, 265#'s and 44 years old. I have lifting for about five years to hit that goal, call it a mid life crisis lol. I now have a power lifter type body and would like to dial it in a bit more. My diet will be my biggest challenge as I eat as much as I want right now. Yes oddly enough squats have always been my strongest lift and bench my weakest. I also squat two times a week, one day volume and the next intensity, so on volume days I was up to 430 LBs 5x5 and on intensity days I shoot for 505 for 5x1 or 3x1 as I increase to my max. I recently reset my volume number on squats back to 70% of 515.

Thanks all for the suggestions.
