Considering the use, I do weights & aerobics, a lot of tennis & golf.   What do you guys do with protein & creatine supplements?

i went from 148 to 160 in 2 months on creatine
then our season started and now it's fast food and beer and snuff
most people i know now are on D-Bol

Added about 20 pounds to my bench and incline max in 2 weeks once i started taking nitro tech and cell tech(protien and creatine), about fifteen lbs. to my 2 handed curl and ten to my one handed curl.  My workout partner that it was all bs untill I started leaving him in the dust. Now hes on it too.

Protein is somewhat useful.....not near as useful as simply eating better foods.

Creatine is cool as long as you use the cheap powder stuff.  and that alone.

Just forget about it and workout harder.....spend the money you saved on ammo
