Anybody have a favorite?

I got ON whey protein vanilla flavor, and it tastes just a little bland, I just got a blender (college dorm). Are there any concoctions that don't require too much prep, but make it taste much better?

Are you using water or milk?
I personally like to use milk as it tastes better and adds some more nutritional value from the milk.
I always throw in 3 cubes of ice at the bare minimum and blend it up.
I also like to throw in a bananna in a double serving, some pineapple chunks or some coconut.
I havent tried berries or other fruit yet but I bet it would be just as tasty.
Be creative.

I'm using Skim milk. I just a double shake with one banana, and some cheerios(I thought I'd try those as a thickener.) Actually tastes pretty good. The bananas I have now aren't quite ripe, but in a day or two they will be perfect. Pineapple chunks sounds great, I'm also thinking strawberries, but I'm not sure how well they'll mix with the vanilla flavoring..

Use fat free milk & fat free jello pudding for a great desert.
Add the milk to the protien powder and mix it first then add pudding mix and mix well then let sit in the fridge until it sets then give it a final mix to be sure the protien powder is completely dissolved.

You can use whatever flavor pudding you want and also add fruit for flavor.

One of my favorites is Vanilla pudding with canned blueberries.
Chocolate pudding works best with a chocolate protien powder.

I'm using the vanilla right now too, my normal shake is:

1 banana
2 scoops whey
2 cups milk (2%)
2 Tablespoons Peanut butter (all natural)
about a teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of flax meal
about 1 tablespoon of chocolate milk powder

its not a weight loss shake with the PB & chocolate milk but its not too much sugar and its good fat.
