After replacing a JetDirect card in an HP printer and updating the driver, all MACS except one are printing.
One will not print to the HP or a Canon from Quark. All other apps will print to either. The affected MAC prints ascii gibberish to the HP and fails to send to the Canon. If the Quark preference file is removed and the new one generated does not solve the problem, can the original preference file be replaced? Thanks |
