My stuff was guaranteed to be delivered today, It's not going to make it. Does Amazon Prime give me anything since someone screwed the pooch on their guaranteed delivery?

With Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery, your shipping costs can be automatically refunded if the promised delivery time is missed for a guaranteed order. Or cancel your Prime and see if you spend more than $80 in shipping over the next year. He is paying for 2 day shipping. Not "faster than non prime shipping." I let them know, just to try to get them to stop using 3rd party shippers like lasership. What happened is, they contracted usps to bring it to me instead of FEDEX delivering it themselves. And FedEx delivered it to the PO after the carriers left on their routes. Use to happen at my local office all the time. |
