Inspired from a recent thread about a LEO wanting to be able  to indentfy a full-auto weapon their was a pic of a lightning link installed in a weapon and more pics of different bolts for AR-15s. Is a LIGHTNING LINK  a part that is used on it's own to make a weapon full- auto or are there other parts need also like a different bolt?

I was checking up on a Lightning Link and one can be had for as low as $1000.00. The only thing is the pain of the paper work!

I will give you $3000 for every Lightning Link registered that you can buy for $1000.  Your price is way outdated.

The Link was designed to work in Colt SP-1 type guns, as long as the host semi parts are identical to the SP-1 system the link is all the part that is needed.

It is full auto only not select fire like the DIAS which also needs the other full auto parts.

With a Lightning Link, nothing else is needed.

Wow, I guess I was being b.s.ed about $1000.

What other parts would be needed for a Bushmaster M4gery?

SP-1 style carrier.  Read the second post in this thread for the answer.
