What does the law say about in state, face to face sales where two individuals want to do a transaction this way: Shipping a lower from one area of the state to the other after payment thru the postman? Is this legal (In TN) w/o a FFL? In other words do you have to be physically present for a face to face? Need quick answers... Thanks |
