Ok, I bought an Xbox here in the Mid-East. It runs off of 220v. I know that most devices you get in the states run 110 and we have to buy a power converter to convert the 220 here into 110. Are there converters that will step 110 up to 220 so I can run by Xbox back in the states?
Thanks guys!

Most modern devices like laptops etc, have voltage adapters built in that can handle the range of voltages common to the world,  look at the specs of the maching you bought on the labels, or the power adapter if there is such a thing, it might just say 110-220v 50-60 hz, if so then all you would need is the US voltage style plug adapter.

Worse problem is most these devices like games, and DVD movies are country coded for use in playing only games designed for that country.
