alot of companys can print their own fedex labels. Billing info recievied means they have everything except the actual package. They know how much it weighs, where its going, where its comeing from, and who to charge for shipping, but they don't have the package yet. But if you look below that its says when and where it was scaned, so that means they have it and its on it way. ETA: hhmm i just noticed the time and date stamp, hhmm usually when it says billing info recievied is before they get the it. |

Yes you can goto any website post office, federal express, uniter parcel and print out a shipping label with a tracking label, you can even pre-pay for the shipping online, The does not mean you ever stuck the label on a package and actully shipped anything. This would be typical for a business to do then once the UPS routine pickup happens UPS would scan the codes into thier system and the website will be updated with actual data. |
