Now, I don't buy guns from gander mountain, but..
Last time I was in there looking around they had signs all over the counters saying "72 hour hold on handgun purchases" ... Am I missing something? I walk into a true gun shop and am in and out in under 30 minutes .. |

GM has all kinds of stupid corporate "rulez" a couple years ago, they tried to pass them off to me as though they were Federal and/or State requirements I told the lying SOB's to FOAD haven't bought a thing there since. Probably a bullshit "corporate policy" ![]() Yep, right up there with Academy and others' refusal to sell "assault weapons" to anyone under 21. Pretty sure Academy doesn't refuse to sell "assault weapons" to people under 21. Handguns and pistol grip shotguns yes; AR-15s and such, not so much. . |

Was that from someone from behind the gun counter or an actual manager? The one closest to me will sell AR's to anyone over 18 (who has a valid driver's license and passes the backround check of course). So i wouldn't think it would be a corporate policy. That's interesting. |
