My Father is a deaf/mute (since birth), he is coming to stay with my spouse and I and need to wirelessly get cable tv down to his rooms.   There is no way to run actual cable.

I need something that take input of RG59u and transmits it out to a receiver.

Anyone know anything that will work with RG59U and not hdmi or RCA?

Step 1-drill a small hole in the floor in a closet/or corner of a room

Step 2- lower cable through it into the wall, install an outlet for cable

Step 3- Profit

Can you get wifi there? If so, an HDHomeRun might do the trick.

You hook it to your network and your cable connection and then any PC on your network can watch TV.

Call the local tool rental for a big drill and masonry bit.

Roku requires an ethernet cable, which is pretty much the same situation as the cable cable.

This is HDMI, but if you use the cable box output as HDMI into this it might work. IDK.

I think you are probably better off with a Roku and subscription to Amazon Prime or Netflix.
