| I'm about a half hour from going to the post office and mailing off my form 1, but wasn't sure if they required the 5330.20 (citizenship form) also be submitted in duplicate lately. Any help GD? |

The cert of citizenship is not required in duplicate. You dupe your Forms so that ATF can keep a copy and you get a copy. You dupe your fingerprints so that FBI gets a copy, and, if necessary, has a 2nd in case your first is unreadable. You dupe your CLEO and passport photos for the same reason you dupe your Form 1/4. |
