| I am just wondering if you can drive ammunition between states with out any legal issues? I would like to receive some at my in-laws while I am away and have them drive it down (through a few states) when I get back into the states. |

when you say "back into the states".... do you mean the USA? Or do you mean "back into the state of NC?"
it only depends on: 1) what kind of ammo it is 2) if the state has a restriction on that ammo 2b) if the state says you can't possess say... ss109, then you can't have it in that state, and theoretically can't drive through it. hope that helps. |

I am deployed. I would like to buy ammo (via internet or phone form usa to usa) have it sent to NY and when I get back to NC have the family bring it down with everything else. Most likely .45, 9mm, 5.56, maybe some 7.62. |
