My kids do it, as do their friends. Because of that, I think no one past their teenage years has bought into this overdone fad (although I may be wrong). Honestly, I think it's ridiculous.

yea, its tasty. I cant eat the stuff anymore. It was cut it out of my diet or take a pill for the rest of my life.

245 down to 170 now

With you on the buffalo  wings! Everytime I go to Buffalo's I have to tell the waitress lots of ranch. She brings me one little cup for 12 wings! I have never dipped pizza in it or put it on top of burgers. Pretzels- you can have allof those!

However, I do like it on my salad!

I only like ranch on a few things and I eat the fat free stuff.

I have a few friends who put ranch on everything and they've never been able to keep a handle on their weight.

I'd rather drink beer for extra cals, not dip everything in ranch.

My husband and I love Ranch on everything. Wings, fries, burgers, chicken, for a marinade, pizza, on veggies, chops, pretzels, I like it on mexican rice too.

I also like cottage cheese on pizza, it's really good!
