Has anyone else had issues with these people ? IN STOCK BUT ....LONG WAIT? NO COMMUNICATION...UNTIL YOU CANCEL ...THEN THEY EMAIL YOU IT WAS JUST SHIPPED ? UPS tracking # they gave me was INVAILD!

i have ordered from them twice. took forever to ship and the 2 uppers i received are terrible... they are so far out of spec i wouldn't use them as a boat anchor

I buy parts from them.  Ordinarily they are about the lowest price advertized.



I know they will be slow to ship when I place my order and plan accordingly. No complaints about the quality of the products I have received.

ordered during panic (dec 22).  took a while to receive, but I was fine with it.  my complete upper exceeds my expectations, shoots great, looks great.  I will be ordering from them again very soon.

Have purchased 3 BCGs from them, all arrived within 2-3 days. All arrived and have functioned well for thousands of rounds (5.45x39mm and NiB 556)

Red X does have communication issues, but decent products. I ordered five stripped uppers complete with FA and port door installed back in January. I sent several emails asking them to cancel my order in May, but received no response. Well, my credit card expired in that same month, so I thought they can't process the order anyways since the number and expiration date on the new card had changed and they don't bill until they are ready to ship. Oddly enough, the receivers showed up at the end of June.....and I was never charged for them. I sent several more emails explaining that they sent me free products and how to return them, again no responses. Even though their communication is lacking, I must say that the quality of the receivers are decent though.
