I went by there a few months ago while spending the weekend in Dallas.  There was an endless stream of long haired potheads, visiting to pay their respects.

1. Is Phil Anselmo responsible in any way for his death, or is he just a jerk with lead singer disease and diarhea of the mout? 2. Speaking of the "pretty boy" bands, anybody see or hear Pantera back when they were one of those? They used to play in a former bowling alley on Fort SIll Blvd in Lawton pretty regularly in the early/mid 80s - I road crewed for a local band called Paradox that also played there a lot. Pantera didn't turn spuer-heavy until later.... |
