Ordered a battery for my wife's laptop.  They sent me one that was not what I ordered or their website showed as correct replacement.  It took over a day to find out why they sent an incorrect replacement.  Finally got ahold of a human person and was told that they did not have my exact replacement.  I asked why send me something that is not the correct battery.  Employee stated:  "We did not want you to be without a battery!".  Now, I have to wait and see if they will deduct the charge for their mistake.  Oh, person said to throw it away and don't worry about sending it back?!  Should have checked them on a review website.
