I fucking hate my lazy worthless fucking coworkers. It's one of the 3 busiest weeks of fhe year for us and we can't go one shift without some faggot leaving early causing us to stay later. I actually am one of the few people on my shift that take my job seriously but  its getting harder and harder when people leave all the fucking time and management doesn't fucking do anything about it. Let's write one guy up for absences but make excuses for another guy. Anyone else deal with bullshit like this at work?

I work commercial aviation which involves three shifts working eight hours per day plus a weekend crew which works 12 hour days.  Most times there is no accountability for the work performed but people know who are the slackers.  I detest showing up for work on the midnight shift and knowing that the previous shift didn't do shit except the part that was easiest and left you with the hard part.  Or, after turning over to the day shift crew you end up working the same job that you turned over the day before.

In my experience, people who retried from the military are the laziest workers.  As a veteran, this is sad but true and doesn't really matter which branch they retired from.  I work the weekend crew on twelve hour shifts and do my best to stay busy so those twelve hours go by as quick as possible.  The good news is that my reputation for being a good worker is noticed which only means that I get assigned an aircraft that has to be fixed by the morning while the lazy workers are sent to other jobs that don't require someone to hustle.  I come to realize that I would rather my reputation be in tact rather than someone tagged as being unfruitful.
