I was going through my bookshelf the other day and saw a copy of Rogue Warrior: Task Force Blue by Cmdr. Richard (NMN) Marcinko and John Weismann. I used to read the Rogue Warrior series all the time and decided I'd pick it up again. I'm telling you, these books are absolutely awesome!

After reading about 70 pages, I thought a drink sounded nice. So I figured why not a Bombay Sapphire on the rocks. Has always been a favorite drink of mine and favorite of Marcinko's as well. Man, did I ever forget how good those went together!

So, do any of you guys have a favorite novel/drink combo? Sound off!

When I read Hemingway's "Islands in the Stream" I could almost taste the gin and angostura bitters he described them so well. So I had to go make myself a gin and tonic w/ angostura.
