im an insomniac and was up most of the night. i saw no less than 3 no money down real estate courses in a 1 hour span. Sheets, some other guy alexander, and a tax lien guy. anyone have experience with any of these things. i have never met anyone who has used these things. how is it possible to buy houses with no money and bad credit cheapest house in my area is 400K |
