I almost bought the absolute as close to perfect as possible house but some jackass made a better offer and I didn't get a chance to counter and I hope there's MOLD EVERYWHERE. Welcome to the fun process of buying a home
The same bullshit happened to me 5-10 times last year when I was looking. |

The same bullshit happened to me 5-10 times last year when I was looking. We're buying a 4 bedroom house despite not having kids yet because fuck this entire goddamn process. ETA: So as not to totally hijack the thread, I bought an uzi two months ago. |

Got one of those. They're not bad. They really come into their own when combined with a hot tub, which is why it's very important to buy the waterproof -3 version. Just saying. |

2500 square feet of wood, look tile and 300 square feet of Travertine look porcelain tile. The guy on the deliver truck didn't look very happy. 20 gallons of paint, 400ish feet of quarter round, 350ish cedar fence boards, new refrigerator, new washer, new dryer, 4 new indoor and 1 new outdoor fan, 3 chandeliers, etc. missing a few things. Nothing like buying foreclosures |

You're ideas are intriguing to me and I would like to subscribe to your newsletter. Maybe I'll bump that hot tub project up the priority ladder. |

Lol @ hemp inside sticker. So, does that mean that the board has hemp inside, or the rider? |

Lol @ hemp inside sticker. So, does that mean that the board has hemp inside, or the rider? A layer inside the deck. Dampens vibrations. |
