A friend suggested this show to me... Didn't think I'd like it, but it is extremely thought provoking.
Seasons 1 and 2 are on Netflix, Season 3 starts in August. Anyone else enjoying this show? |

Just finished season 2. Sllllooooww but yes, very thought provoking. I do enjoy a good slow burn drama, but they could pick it up a tad. However, good writing, excellent acting to tide you over.
Tawney is an unusually positive, non-stereotyped, and morally nuanced Christian character. If you don't fall at least halfway in love with her there's probably something wrong with you. I was going to list all the great characters, turned out to be everybody so I'll just say - everybody's great. Also, Leon Rippy and drunken shotgun party therapy, I need to check my health care plan and make sure that's approved. |

It is very slow, but I find myself pondering how I'd act of I were in any of the characters shoes. Tawneys character is another interesting one. |
