SO my city contracts trash pick up a private company. On Tuesday they dropped off a full sized green recycling can. I don't recycle. So I called them and asked that they come pick it up. It's too large and I don't want to store it if I'm not going to use it. The operator says they'll have someone out to pick it up. 4 days it's outside and no pick up. So I call the office and they tell me they don't have trucks availble. They will eventually come pick it up. I ask for a supervisor. "Tina" comes on the line and informs me that they will not pick up cans until december after they are fully deployed and have collect all the names of people who don't want them. Then it will be more convient to pick them up. Tina, I'm not waiting til december. Come pick it up now "I'm sorry sir, we won't do that" Lady, either pick the can up or I'll cut it into pieces with a chain saw and put the pieces in the trash until it's gone. "Well, That's professional." I don't give a fuck what you think professional is. It's on my fucking property and I want it off. NOW. Not December. Do I cut the damn thing into pieces or start charging you fucking rent by the day for storage? "We'll pick it up" When? "Monday" We shall see. Anyone know the laws on abandoned property in TX? |

You don't understand. This isn't a PAN. It's a FULL SIZE Garbage can painted green. 2ft by 2ft by 4ft high. |
ok, I read "recyle trash container" as meaning recylcing bin. |
