So, after the lambasting i took last night in this thread.
Muh Supper thread link Lets start with the wife's pasta/crab salad. 
Some boursin, chives, butter and horseradish. 
Pasilla peppers. 
And a skirt steak brined in a stout beer (same as drank with meal) and soy sauce. 
I forgot to take a pic of mixing the butter/boursin steak topper. 
Roast peppers over low heat then cover. Peel and seed. 
Steaks been in the brine for an hour. (With teaser pic of 1911 build. PSA frame and slide, Wilson combat trigger) 
Dat char! 
Let it rest for 2 minutes. 
Plate, top with cheesy butter and smash. (It was actually a perfect medium, which is what I want with skirt steak. The potato phone makes it look burnt)

Post a solid meal with properly cooked protein, greens, and other tastey sides. Then set the table like a proper gentleman. (Cloth napkin a plus). Then you want a long gun, a hand gun, a proper knife, and reloads for both guns. Look up TheBomber's threads for great examples. |

Something about kill it and grill it. Oh yea, the napkin needs to be in a certain area. It also helps if you use a K-BAR for your regular knife. Pics of wife help. If no wife, just include more reloads for musket. |
